Molly Fletcher

This month’s podcast features CEO, keynote speaker and sports agent, Molly Fletcher.

Molly Fletcher has always made a mark wherever she is involved.  That’s been true since her time at Michigan State University, where she was the captain of the women’s tennis team, and earned her bachelor’s degree in communications.  She spent much of her career serving as a one of the only female sports agents in the world, representing many of the biggest names in the industry such as: John Smoltz, Matt Kuchar, Erin Andrews, Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers.  In her time serving as president of client representation for sports and entertainment agency CSE, Molly negotiated well over $500 million in contracts for her clients.  She’s been noted for her work by ESPN, Fast Company, Forbes, and Sports Illustrated.  Her success in the industry allowed opportunities for her to not only become a published author, but also a motivational speaker, reaching people all across the world.  Today, she is the CEO of the Molly Fletcher Company, which has the goal of “helping leaders, teams, and organizations get unstuck from whatever it is that is blocking you from reaching your full potential.”

In this episode, our host, Mike Linch, has a great discussion with Molly Fletcher about the obstacles on the road to success, her lessons from the world of sports, and the role her faith has played in getting her to where she is today.
