I am fascinated by all of the attributes of what makes leaders great leaders. We can all learn skills & gifts to make us better leaders but to truly be a spiritual leader, you have to walk with Jesus daily! Before He sent His disciples out to do a task or to execute their call, they spent time with Him!
Thankful for this reminder from Jim Cymbala, the pastor of the Brooklyn Tabernacle! It is so easy to cover this up with so many other things that we learn but nothing can replace a leader who meets with Jesus first, then leads!
May we all WALK daily with Jesus!
